Regulations / QUY ĐỊNH
- The land sales of The BuddhaLand was a FINAL SALE. Nobody will be allowed to sell, transfer or trade The Buddhaland. (This restriction will be in the deed of the land).
- The land is available for use free of charge to any Buddhist groups or Buddhist family with the purposes of practicing Buddhism.
A. Buddhist groups (Sangha group, Buddhist Temple, Monastery, Chanting hall, Meditation hall, etc.)
B. The Buddhist Monk build their own place for private practice.
C. The Buddhist family residents. Each family will have a free lot to build the house. More land will be available, Contact BuddhaLand for more details. If the utilities are not available yet in the area; BuddhaLand may work with families to get the utilities.
- The members or Board of directors of each group will be responsible for the buildings, Utilities, finance, and other activities ….
- The monks, the dharma teaching or the religious leader will be responsible for the dharma teaching and other spiritual event.
- The land is free. More acres are available if needed.
B. The Buddhist Monk build their own place for private practice.
- The lot is free. Electrics, Water & food (Food is from the Food For the Monk Program) will be available.
- The monk and their members will be responsible for building the cabin/small temple, utilities bills and personal expenses.
C. The Buddhist family residents. Each family will have a free lot to build the house. More land will be available, Contact BuddhaLand for more details. If the utilities are not available yet in the area; BuddhaLand may work with families to get the utilities.
- The House owner may sell or give the house w/o land to other Vietnamese Buddhist family when the owner have no longer needed.
- New resident/owner must obey the rules & regulations of the BuddhaLand.
- Must have the approval from the BuddhaLand committee group (all residents in BuddhaLand).
- No animal killing, no hunting, no business operation, no politics… only Buddhist practices.
- Must Keep quiet, keep peaceful environment and respect the neighbors.
